INTRODUCTION
Linear Team is a comprehensive app developed to facilitate efficient workforce management for organizations. The app's success relies heavily on a smooth and seamless onboarding process for new users. As the lead developer responsible for the registration and authentication process, my role was pivotal in ensuring a positive user experience from the moment of sign-up.

UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM
High User Abandonment Rate: The initial analysis revealed a significant number of users abandoning the sign-up process, leading to a high bounce rate. Low Conversion Rate: Despite attracting a decent number of sign-up attempts, the conversion of these attempts into successful registrations was lower than desired. Lack of User Guidance: New users often faced confusion and uncertainty during the sign-up process, leading to frustration and subsequent abandonment.

RESEARCH
To empathize with users and refine the app's onboarding, employing a dual research approach (quantitative & qualitative). We sent survey emails to users who started but didn't finish signing up, gathering insights into their challenges. At the same time, an analytical tool tracked user behavior during signup, identifying interaction patterns.

IMPLEMENTATION
High Fidelity designs in Figma were effortlessly handed off to our engineering team for development. Working closely with frontend engineers and the product manager, the implementation was executed seamlessly, resulting in a perfect alignment with our vision and goals. This collaborative effort ensured an outstanding outcome.
